<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine capable of transferring game balls to respective V winning holes without trouble via corresponding separate routes by utilizing a transfer body rotating in the periphery of an image display device even if two V winning holes are disposed in a Pachinko game machine. <P>SOLUTION: In the Pachinko game machine 1, game balls B entering a winning hole 31 of a winning device 30 are apportioned by a right-left apportioning mechanism 250 to a first or second branching route NR or SR on the right or left side on which a first or second winning apportioning mechanism 700 or 600 is disposed. In the route NR, the game balls flow out from a first game ball inlet portion into a ball transfer chamber 465 of the transfer body from the lower end 409a of the transfer body 409 to the left side in the direction of rotation, and the game balls are transferred via a first transfer route N5 to a first outlet region where the game balls can be guided toward a first V winning hole 32.
