<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a rice cooking performance by preventing local heating to an inner pot thereby achieving a uniform heating state. <P>SOLUTION: An electric rice cooker includes the inner pot, an inner pot heater for heating the inner pot, and an inner pot heating controller by a microcomputer, and performs rice cooking and heating control including processes of water absorption, temperature increase, cooking and steaming. In the electric rice cooker, a blower for supplying air to a high temperature part on the outer periphery of the inner pot is provided, the inner pot high temperature part is cooled by the air supplied from the blower, and a heat amount recovered in the inner pot high temperature part is utilized for heating an inner pot low temperature part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
