摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitted wave front measuring apparatus for a lens, which can perform tilt adjustment for aligning the optical axis of a lens to be tested to an advancing direction of a laser beam without separately preparing a light source. <P>SOLUTION: The transmitted wave front measuring apparatus is capable of making light incident from an incident part and making the incident light outgo from an outgoing part and capable of arranging the incident part in the vicinity of a first lens surface of a lens to be tested and arranging the outgoing part in the vicinity of a second lens surface of the lens to be tested. The transmitted wave front measuring apparatus comprises: a tilt detecting optical path formation part for guiding observation light from the incident part to the outgoing part and applying the guided light to a plane part formed on the second lens surface side of a flange part of the lens to be tested; and a tilt detecting camera for observing a point image for discriminating the tilt of the lens to be tested due to the observation light reflected on the plane part of the lens to be tested. The tilt detecting optical path formation part can be moved between a first position separated from the lens to be tested to make the observation light incident on the first lens surface of the lens to be tested and a second position for applying the observation light to the plane part in a state that the incident part and the outgoing part are respectively located on the first lens surface side and the second lens surface side of the lens to be tested. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
