The present invention relates to a method for producing a soybean paste combined with bamboo shoots, and more specifically, to a method for producing a soybean paste combined with bamboo shoots which is different from a method for soaking fermented soybean in a saline solution where salt, bamboo salt, green tea extracted water, and bamboo extracted water are mixed, and reaching bamboo shoot components to the fermented soybean. Provided is a soybean paste combined with bamboo shoots with improved nutrition which can offer useful nutrient component, taste, and texture of foods by adding bamboo shoots to the fermented soybean out of soy source in a process of putting the fermented soybean to a soybean paste jar and making a soybean paste. |
