<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor degradation diagnosis device, an inverter device, and a home electric appliance, capable of accurately detecting an abnormality of the deterioration state of a capacitor.SOLUTION: A capacitor degradation diagnosis device includes an infrared temperature sensor 10 having a thermopile for generating a voltage in response to infrared rays from an aluminum electrolytic capacitor 200, and degradation determination means that determines an abnormality of a deterioration state of the aluminum electrolytic capacitor 200 on the basis of the voltage output from the infrared temperature sensor 10.</p> |
