<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily evaluate cold reserving performance or the like of a heat insulating container by a method other than temperature measurement. <P>SOLUTION: A PTC heater 20 is disposed in a sealed heat insulating container 10 put in an environmental temperature to make the same carry electricity. A calorific value of the PTC heater 20 is calculated from an electric power value when power consumption of the PTC heater 20 has a stable value. The value is regarded as a theoretical effluent calorific value from the heat insulating container 10, thereby evaluating the cold reserving performance of the heat insulating container 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
