<p>The invention provides a toilet paper holder which is capable of suppressing noises generated by rotating of a core pipe and pulling operation during pulling a toilet paper. The toilet paper holder (100) comprises a fixed supporting shaft (2) extending inwards from the front end of a side plate (11), a rotating body (3) rotatably fixed on the fixed supporting shaft (2) and having a maximal diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the core pipe (91) of a toilet paper (9), and a spring member (4) installed on the rotating body (3) and being in press contact with the inner circumferential surface of the core pipe (91) under the force of the spring.</p> |
