<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harbor entrance blocking structure that can be inexpensively constructed and that prevents an unauthorized ship from illegally coming into a harbor. <P>SOLUTION: A harbor entrance blocking structure 1 for dividing the inside and outside of a harbor includes a plurality of ascending/descending devices 2 capable of ascending/descending in seawater, a blocking member 3 installed between the adjacent ascending/descending devices 2, and a drive unit 4 for lifting/lowering the ascending/descending devices 2. The blocking member 3 comprises horizontal mooring cables 18, 28 and 38 laid in plurality of upper and lower tiers between adjacent steel pipes 6 for floating, a plurality of vertical mooring cables 19 for coupling the horizontal mooring cables 18 and 28 vertically adjoining each other, and a plurality of vertical mooring cables 29 for coupling the horizontal mooring cables 28 and 38 vertically adjoining each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
