1. A radio antenna, particularly for a spacecraft, including a reflector and means of support of this reflector, where the reflector includes a front skin able to reflect radio waves, and a rigid rear structure supported by the means of support, wherein said reflector includes a layer of elastic material which is interposed between said front skin and said rigid rear structure, and which is able to dampen the vibrations of the front skin, said elastic material comprising a fraction resistance of between 0.1 MPa and 0.5 MPa, a breakage elongation of between 20% and 40%, and a density of between 10 kg/m3 and 20 kg/m3, the elastic material being a foam. |
