A tag device, which is communicated with a reader, is provided to acquire an instruction from a signal received from the reader, to convert data corresponding to the acquired instruction to multi-level parallel data, and to generate multiple tag load impedance based on mapped bias voltages corresponding to each level of the parallel data, thereby transmitting, to the reader, the signal having power corresponding to the tag load impedance.
