<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a resin composition with a cured film having excellent curability, flexibility, robustness, and electrical reliability. Provided are a method for preparing a reactive epoxy carboxylate compound (A), in which an epoxy resin (a) having at least two epoxy groups within one molecule, a compound (b) having at least one polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated group and at least one carboxyl group within one molecule, and a compound (c) having at least two or more hydroxyl groups and one or more carboxyl groups within one molecule as required react one another under the presence of trimethyl glycine, and a method for preparing a reactive epoxy carboxylate compound (A′), in which an epoxy resin (a) having at least two epoxy groups within one molecule, a compound (b) having at least one polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated group and at least one carboxyl group within one molecule, and a compound (c) having at least two hydroxyl group and at least one carboxyl group within one molecule react one another under the presence of trimethyl glycine.</p> |
