The present invention relates to a BOP test pipe apparatus. A monitoring unit is mounted on the outer circumference of a pipe inserted into a center hole of a BOP apparatus, therefore, the BOP test pipe apparatus can perform an accurate BOP test work by directly obtaining information on pressure, temperature, and an operation state in an inner space of the BOP device by a monitoring unit in test processes of the BOP apparatus. The BOP test pipe apparatus can monitor various pieces of inner information generated during the test processes on the BOP apparatus in real time by displaying monitoring information obtained by the monitoring unit by using an additional display apparatus in real time. The BOP test pipe apparatus can perform a safe test work.
