A refrigerator operation method according to an embodiment of the present invention is an operation method for a refrigerator with built-in cameras arranged on the inside. The method includes the steps of: detecting the initiation of a door closing operation; comparing the opening angle of a door to a reference angle upon detecting the initiation of the door closing operation; and recording the inside of the refrigerator with the cameras when the opening angle is smaller than the reference angle in the comparison result.
