The present invention relates to a hull inspection and analysis system and a method thereof. The hull inspection and analysis system comprises a ship bottom inspection robot which photographs a ship bottom image to obtain image data; a location recognition system which recognizes the location of the ship bottom inspection robot to obtain location information of the ship bottom inspection robot; and a bottom inspection result analysis device which analyzes a ship bottom state for each ship bottom region by using the image data and the location information of the ship bottom inspection robot.
