The present invention includes: a main body which stores and supplies water supplied through a water bottle positioned in an upper portion, by a predetermined amount; an electrolytic portion provided in the main body, generates a predetermined amount of hydrogen, and allows the stored water to be dissolved with hydrogen; and a power supply unit which supplies a DC current to the electrolytic portion side by converting to an AC current.
