SOLID PROPELLANT BINDER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

The present invention provides a solid propellant binder, which is insensitive to moisture, is manufactured without using a catalyst or a solvent, and has high physical properties. The solid propellant binder comprises a prepolymer, which includes at least one selected from the group consisting of C2H4O, C4H6O and polycaprolactone ether, and has azide groups on two end terminals; a cross-linking agent, which includes at least one selected from the group consisting of C2H4O, C4H6O, and polycaprolactone ether, and has azide groups on three or four end terminals; and a curing agent, which includes at least one selected from the group consisting of aliphatic compounds, aromatic compounds and polycaprolactone ether, and has an ethynyl group on each end terminal so as to react with the azide groups of the prepolymer or the azide groups of the cross linking agent to form a triazole bond.
