The present invention relates to a foldable bicycle which comprises: a saddle shaft elastic lever which is connected with a saddle shaft where a saddle is prepared; a chassis connection member where a saddle shaft hole and a saddle shaft elastic lever hole are formed in order to guide the elevation of the saddle shaft and the saddle shaft elastic lever, and which is connected with a front chassis back hinge shaft and a back chassis front hinge shaft so that a front chassis and a back chassis where a front wheel and a back wheel are installed respectively can rotate toward each other; a projection which is formed at one side of the back chassis connected with the chassis connection member through the back chassis front hinge shaft, and where a bending unit of the saddle shaft elastic lever is seated; a seating block which is installed in the projection, and includes a hanging protrusion for preventing the bending unit of the saddle shaft elastic lever from randomly moving to the saddle shaft elastic lever hole; a handle folding bracket which is installed in the front chassis, where a handle hinge shaft is installed at both sides of a handle shaft for steering the front wheel, and where multiple fixating grooves are formed along the edge; and a handle which rotates on the handle hinge shaft, is folded to both sides of the handle folding bracket, and includes a fixated lever to be inserted into the fixating groove. Therefore, the foldable bicycle can prevent the sinking of the saddle or the folding of the handle due to vibration during the operation thereof by preventing the saddle shaft elastic lever for supporting the saddle from moving toward the saddle shaft and being inserted into the saddle shaft elastic lever hole.
