Disclosed is an internal pressure testing apparatus mounted on one end portion or both end portions of a pipe to be tested for an internal pressure test. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the internal pressure testing apparatus includes: a bypass pipe having a hollow introduction channel in which an injected fluid can be flowed inside the pipe to be tested, a plug stopping portion located on an outer peripheral surface of one side to restrict a one-way movement of a lower circular plug, and a screw thread formed on the outer peripheral surface of one side; a circular plug mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the bypass pipe while surrounding the outer peripheral surface of the bypass pipe, and providing sealing force by being interposed between an inner surface of one end portion or both end portions of the pipe to be tested and the outer peripheral surface of the bypass pipe; two or more fastening covers including an inner mounting portion in close contact with and surrounding the outer peripheral surface of the pipe to be tested having a slide-prevention member, and a cover fixating portion extended and formed from an end portion of the inner mounting portion in a radial direction having two or more penetration holes formed; two or more fixating members mounted through the penetration holes to integrate the fastening covers with each other to fix the fastening covers; and a plug fastening portion mounted on the screw thread portion of the bypass pipe improving the sealing force by applying pressure to the circular plug. |
