Provided is a plant culturing system comprising a culturing room, a conveyor for putting a seedbed into the culturing room and discharging the seedbed to the outside; a plurality of transferring and holding device mounted inside the culturing room and transferring and holding the culturing room put by the conveyor; and a liquid supplying apparatus for supplying liquid to the seedbed installed inside the culturing room, to easily and conveniently culture plants and to save culturing costs, thereby improving productivity and workability.
