<p>PURPOSE: A method for self-aligning metal nano-particles using phospholipid is provided to easily form the single layer level of nano-particles on a large size substrate and to improve the self-alignment degree of the nano-particles. CONSTITUTION: A method for self-aligning metal nano-particles using phospholipid includes the following: A dispersing solution is prepared by dispersing metal nano-particles in a dispersing solvent. A micelle solution is prepared by dissolving the phospholipid in the dispersing solvent. The micelle solution is mixed with the dispersing solvent to obtain a coating composition. The coating composition is coated on a substrate and is dried. The coating composition includes 5-10 mg/ml of the micelle and 140-560 mg/ml of the metal nano-particles 1ml of the dispersing solvent.</p> |
