<p>A method for inputting characters using a software Korean keypad is disclosed. The disclosed method for inputting the characters comprises the steps of displaying the software Korean keypad, including 12 key buttons arranged in a 4 x 3 matrix type, on a touch screen; sensing a touch on an area of the touch screen where a first key button among the 12 key buttons is displayed; and inputting one character among two or more characters, corresponding to the first key button, in a text box displayed on the touch screen based on a pattern of the touch, wherein, among the 12 key buttons, a key button of (1, 1) corresponds to characters of″�� �� ��Prime;, a key button of (1, 2) corresponds to characters of″�� �� ��Prime;, a key button of (1, 3) corresponds to characters of″�� �� �� ��Prime;, a key button of (2, 1) corresponds to characters of″�� �� ��Prime;, a key button of (2, 2) corresponds to characters of″�� ��Prime;, a key button of (2, 3) corresponds to characters of″�� �� �� ��Prime;, a key button of (3, 1) corresponds to characters of″�� �� ��Prime;, a key button of (3, 2) corresponds to characters of″�� ��Prime;, a key button of (3, 3) corresponds to characters of″�� �� ��Prime;, a key button of (4, 1) corresponds to characters of″�� �� ��Prime;, a key button of (4, 2) corresponds to characters of″�� �� �� �� ��Prime;, and a key button of (4, 3) corresponds to characters of″�� �� �� �� ��Prime;.</p> |
