<p>The present invention relates to a method to transmit a signal using a plurality of modulation and coding techniques with a transmitter in a wireless communications system. Two or more tones, which are not collided with the position of a pilot tone, are detected from tones included in a hybrid FSK and QAM modulation (FQAM) symbol; and a signal is transmitted using the detected two or more tones when the position of the pilot tone in an adjacent cell is collided with the position of a boosted active tone by applying an FQAM method among tones included in the FQAM symbol based on an FQAM which a quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) method and a frequency shift keying (FSK) method are combined.</p> |
