1. A device for removal of hair or bristles from an animal, comprising:
a first cylindrical body having a longitudinal axis; a second cylindrical body having a longitudinal axis, wherein the first cylindrical body and second cylindrical body are positioned proximate to one another and can rotate about their respective longitudinal axes; and a third cylindrical body having a diameter that is less than a diameter of each of the first and second cylindrical bodies and is positioned between the first and second cylindrical bodies; at least one flexible sheet of material wrapped about a portion of the first cylindrical body in a first direction relative to the longitudinal axes of the cylindrical bodies and also wrapped about a portion of the second cylindrical body in a second direction opposite the first direction such that as the first cylindrical body and the second cylindrical body rotate about their longitudinal axes, an elongated pinch point is formed between the flexible sheet and the second cylindrical body.
