The present invention relates to an oxirane-based prepolymer binder, an oxirane-based prepolymer binder containing ferrocene derivatives and manufacturing methods thereof. More particularly, the purpose of the present invention is to solve the mobility problem of ferrocene compounds used as a combustion catalyst in a solid propellant inside a missile or a rocket. The present invention can provide an oxirane-based prepolymer binder via a method having economical efficiency, processability, eco-friendliness, workability, etc. improved compared to a conventionally used binder.
