A small hydroelectric power generation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body portion which is inserted into a pipe and has an empty space therein; a rotor which is mounted in the interior of the body part and rotates by the pressure of fluid flowing through the pipe; a stator which is coupled to the body portion, covers the circumference of the rotor, and includes a coil; and a blade deforming portion which is coupled to the rotor to be able to slide and moves depending on a change in pressure of the fluid flowing through the pipe. The rotor includes a rotating shaft, a flexible blade provided on the circumference of the rotating shaft, and a magnet to be coupled to the blade. The blade deforming portion is connected to the blade, and the blade can be deformed when the blade deforming portion moves. |
