<p>The objective of the present invention is to provide an electrolytic device, which suppresses hydrogenation reaction and has high efficiency, and a refrigerator. The electrolytic device according to an embodiment of the present invention at least comprises an electrolytic cell having a membrane electrode bonding body including an anode, a cathode having a nitrogen-introduced carbon alloy catalyst, and electrolyte arranged between the anode and the cathode, wherein voltages are supplied to the anode and the cathode. The electrolyte has one of acidity, neutrality, or alkalinity, wherein water is generated in the cathode by the electrolytic device if the electrolyte is acidic, and hydroxide ion is generated in the anode by the electrolytic device if the electrolyte is neutral or alkaline.</p> |
