The present invention relates to a real-time work management apparatus. Captured work images of a work process of articles to be provided to clients as needed such as when a client makes a claim, or the like, are effectively stored, whereby whether a work company or a delivery company is culpable can be checked. Thus, loss of a work company and stress can be minimized when necessary such as when a client makes a claim due to a delivery accident, and since a work image can be easily searched by using a file name stored by combining text extracted from caption data and a storage date, work efficiency can be enhanced. |
