PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor in which the bending back of a lead terminal is prevented while achieving the planarization processing and provide a method therefor.SOLUTION: A capacitor (2) where a capacitor element (4) connected with a lead terminal (8) is resin molded includes an interval portion (stretching portion 12) exposed from the outer surface of a resin layer (10) set on the lead terminal (8) led out from the resin layer (10), a thin wall portion (notch 14) provided with a step (18-1) between the interval portion, and formed in the lead terminal, and a bent portion (20) where the boundary of the step and the thin wall portion is superposed on the thin wall portion by bending the lead terminal toward the step. |
