PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tap hole rod exchange device which can downsize the device, can simplify an installation work, and can reduce cost.SOLUTION: A tap hole rod exchange device 10 provided below an opening machine 1, and feeding and collecting a boring rod R to the opening machine 1 comprises: a rod holder 20 holding the boring rod R; a clamping device 40 clamping the boring rod R taken out from the rod holder 20; and a lifting device 30 making the clamping device 40 go up and down. The clamping device 40 is a permanent electromagnetic magnet adhering the boring rod R to an upper surface side by magnetic force. |
