The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a plain double layer carbon fiber composite resin dry bearing which joins and unifies a carbon fiber composite resin layer and a cold-rolled carbon steel when manufacturing a plain double layer carbon fiber composite resin dry bearing. The present invention provides a plain double layer dry bearing with innovative high performance and excellent economic feasibility which allows an adhesion surface to be injection molded in an integral type as a rivet role of a carbon fiber composite resin joining fixation pin since the carbon fiber composite resin is filled and formed in the multiple adhesion fixation holes on the cold-rolled carbon steel by making multiple adhesion fixation holes in which a carbon fiber composite resin adhesion fixation pin of a carbon fiber composite resin layer is injection molded on a cylindrical surface of a cold-rolled carbon steel at equal intervals and injecting the carbon fiber composite resin after inserting the cold-rolled carbon steel into an injection molding cavity when injection molding the carbon fiber composite resin layer. |
