PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a structure capable of forming an index projecting portion for deciding a relative rotating position of a synchronizer ring to a clutch hub, with a small space.SOLUTION: A synchronizer ring 24 includes: a cylindrical tapered portion 26; a first flange portion 27 extending from a large-diameter end portion 26a of the tapered portion 26, and formed on the whole circumference of the large diameter end portion 26a; a second flange portion 28 extending outward in a diametrical direction from a small diameter end portion 26b of the taper portion 26 toward the clutch hub 21 so as to set the size of a clearance Cin the diametrical direction Y intersecting an axial direction X between the tapered portion 26 and the clutch hub 21, and formed on the whole circumference of the small diameter end portion 26b; and an index projecting portion 29 engaged with an index recessed portion 21b provided on the clutch hub 21. The tapered portion 26, the first flange portion 27, the second flange portion 28, and the index projecting portion 29 are integrally structured by metal pressing work. |
