<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a plan of extraction order and rolling order from a heating furnace of a slab of taking into consideration rolling treatment of a succeeding material in cooling treatment, while adjusting a cooling time of a preceding material.SOLUTION: An arithmetic operation part calculates plan making data by using data on the slab of a treatment object including data on the rolling treatment and the cooling treatment (Step S2), and sets a restriction condition on operation for executing the rolling treatment of the succeeding material while executing the cooling treatment of the preceding material required for executing the cooling treatment in the middle of the rolling treatment (Step S3), and an optimal plan making part makes a heating furnace extraction order-rolling order plan by optimizing a cooling time of the slab of the treatment object, the extraction order and the rolling order from the heating furnace so that the total rolling time becomes the shortest between a lower limit value and a target value at the cooling finish time temperature of the slab while satisfying the restriction condition by using the plan making data (Step S4).</p> |
