<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever-type connector which allows height reduction of the connector.SOLUTION: A lever-type connector 1 comprises: a pair of male and female connector housings 10 and 20; a fitting operation lever 40 which is rotatably supported by both lateral faces of one of the connector housings, i.e., the connector housing 10, so that the connector housings 10 and 20 can be fitted to or released from each other; and a lock mechanism 50 which locks, when the connector housings 10 and 20 are completely fitted to each other, the completely fitted state of both connector housings by means of engagement between a lock arm 52 and a lock part 53. In the lock mechanism 50, a flexible displacement direction of the lock arm 52 when it is engaged with or released from the lock part 53 is set to the width direction of the connector housings.</p> |
