<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly extract a seal impression image from in an image even in a form of any format.SOLUTION: A hue extraction part 3 for generating first image data by extracting pixels in which a hue value calculated by a first color space conversion part 2H belongs within a prescribed range from image data inputted by an image input part 1, and a saturation extraction part 4 for generating second image data by extracting pixels in which a saturation value calculated by a second space color conversion part 2S is larger than a first threshold from the first image data are included. First, a part of pre-printing is also extracted along the shape of seal impression by extracting pixels of seal impression color and a non-seal impression color close to the seal impression color on the basis of the hue value, and then, a blur part of mixed color existing around the seal impression is eliminated on the basis of the saturation value so that the boundary of the seal impression can be made clear.</p> |
