The present invention relates to a pattern structure of a stainless thick film type heater. More specifically, as a plane heater structure using a stainless substrate, since a connection structure between a conductor pattern of a heater and an adjacent unit heater is developed to form a large-scaled heater module by combining a number of small unit heaters for responding to large-scaled heating such as equipment of dry processes or an oven of display glass and a secondary battery film, a pattern structure of a stainless thick film type heater is capable of connecting or separating adjacent heaters in need of equally heating the whole large area. According to the present invention, in the pattern structure of the stainless thick film heater, at least one conductor is formed at a side of an upper border of the heater to be connected to multiple heaters placed in up and down or right and left directions in parallel and a corner part of the heater is connected to a connection terminal. |
