PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing an unbreakable fixing hardware resistible against a large extraction force, in the fixing hardware configured by forming a fixing part in an end part of a reinforcement.SOLUTION: A method is provided for manufacturing a fixing hardware 1 formed of a reinforcement 11 and a hollow sleeve 12 formed in a substantially cylindrical shape and having an insertion hole 12a for inserting the reinforcement 11, in which the fixing part 121 is provided in one end part, and an inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 12 is press-fitted to an outer peripheral surface of the reinforcement 11. The manufacturing method of the fixing hardware comprises a process of press-fitting the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 12 to the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcement 11 by pressing the sleeve 12 inserted with one end part of the reinforcement 11 into the insertion hole 12a, toward the inside in the radial direction from the outer peripheral surface, and a process of forming the fixing part 121 by diametrically expanding one end part of the sleeve 12 to the outside in the radial direction by pressing one end part of the sleeve 12 press-fitted to the reinforcement 11 in the axial direction. |
