PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent defenseless answering to an unreliable incoming call, having possibility of a malicious call, of other persons than a suitable person of judgment, without depending on a telephone number analysis server etc.SOLUTION: When an incoming call arrives from another person than a permitted person registered in a telephone directory data registration unit 105 in the opposite party, a terminal control unit 100 prohibits responding to the incoming call and displays the arrival of a suspicious incoming call. If off-hook is performed, the terminal control unit 100 determines whether a person performing the off-hook is a person permitted to respond, registered in a response permitted person data registration unit 122, so as to permit response/communication if the person is permitted to respond, whereas if the person is not permitted, activating a malicious call processing unit 120 to execute either one of forced disconnection, business recording and transfer. |
