<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine which collects foreign objects without deteriorating the flexibility of the layout in a case.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine 1 includes: an annular stator 10; a case 30; and a side cover 40. The side cover 40 includes: a refrigerant passage 55 formed along a circumferential direction; and an oil supply port 45a which may supply a refrigerant from the refrigerant passage 55 to an axial end part of a coil 12. A strainer 70 formed by a plate-like member, in which hole parts are formed so as to allow the refrigerant to pass and capture foreign objects in the refrigerant, is erected in the refrigerant passage 55 and is arranged intersecting with an axial direction.</p> |
