PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a summary writing support system, a summary writing support server and a support method and a program for summary writing capable of suppressing deterioration in summary writing accuracy while relieving burden on a writer of summary writing when summary writing is executed in real time.SOLUTION: A summary writing support system 41 includes writer terminals 2 used by writers 52 and a summary writing support server 1. The summary writing support server 1 includes a schedule management unit 9 for notifying the writer terminals 2 of an execution of summary writing respectively on the basis of an alternating order list registering time and order for the summary writing allotted to every writer 52 and an alternating order control unit 6 for updating an alternating order list by updating at least one of time or order allotted to respective writers in the alternating order list according to an operation state of respective writers 52 in the writer terminals 2.
