PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact device capable of being downsized.SOLUTION: A contact device 10 comprises respective terminal plates 1 and 2, a movable contactor 3, an armature 5, a shaft 4, and a case 6. The movable contactor 3 has a spring property. A fixed contact point 1c is provided at one end part of the first terminal plate 1. One end part 3a of the movable contactor 3 is fixed to one end part of the second terminal plate 2. A movable contact point 3c is provided at another end part 3b of the movable contactor 3. The other end parts of the respective terminal plates 1 and 2 are fixed to a cover 8 (a first wall part) in the case 6. The armature 5 is held so as to form an air gap 21 between the armature 5 and a bottom wall 7a (a second wall part) of a body 7 in the case 6, the bottom wall 7a being different from the cover 8. The movable contact point 3c of the movable contactor 3 is energized in a direction separating from the fixed contact point 1c. |
