PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphor device that increases output efficiency of light and light color diversity with a plurality of ribbon areas combined together, and an illumination system using the same.SOLUTION: A phosphor device of the present invention is applied to an illumination system for emitting a first waveband region light, and includes a first region and n single-powder phosphor agents. The first region includes n sub-regions of n≥2, and n single-powder phosphor agents coated on n sub-regions and transforming a first waveband region light into n waveband region light, respectively. The n sub-regions have a specific area ratio, and the first waveband region light is cyclically transformed into a second waveband region light, a third waveband region light, ... and n+1 waveband region light in a specific area ratio and a specific time ratio. The n waveband region light sequentially outputted in the specific time ratio is integrated as a specific color light. Each region has two or more sub-regions, and efficiently prevents a cascade effect by the mixed powder. Also, the light output efficiency and light color diversity of transformation are increased, and at the same time, the color saturation and brightness of the emitted color light are enhanced. |
