<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external resonator type laser apparatus capable of suppressing a change in a lock wavelength even when a peripheral temperature or a current amount is changed.SOLUTION: The external resonator type laser apparatus includes: a semiconductor laser 1 for generating a laser beam; a lens 2 for receiving the laser beam from the semiconductor laser; a diffraction grating 3 arranged so as to receive incidence of the laser beam from the semiconductor laser through the lens, generate a plurality of diffraction beams and return a part of the plurality of diffraction beams to the semiconductor laser; an optical wavelength filter 4 for receiving incidence of a part of the other diffraction beams out of the plurality of diffraction beams; a detection part 5 for detecting the diffraction beams passing through the optical wavelength filter; and a control circuit 6 for controlling a wavelength of the semiconductor laser to a predetermined value by controlling a temperature of the semiconductor laser on the basis of output of diffraction beams detected by the detection part.</p> |
