<p>The electric motor drive has two drive trains driven by either a single motor or by two motors. Each drive member of a drive train cooperates with a lever which is located on a pivotal part of the furniture such as a bar of a bed base. Each drive train is arranged at least partly in a housing. The housing has a shaped section passing through it made of a metallic or a non-metallic material. The drive trains preferably have a rotating spindle on which is mounted a nut and a worm gear.</p> |
