The present invention relates to a gearshift lever assembly of an agricultural machine using one axis which enables multiple gearshifts through the one axis. According to the present invention, the gearshift lever assembly of an agricultural machine using one axis comprises: a shaft (31) which is installed to enable a rectilinear motion along the axial direction and a rotary motion along the circumferential direction and which is connected to the gearshift lever (21) on one end to implement the rectilinear motion and the rotary motion by an operating force inputted to the gearshift lever (21); and multiple gearshift rails (41, 42) which are installed adjacently to the other end of the shaft (31) and selectively connected to the shaft (31) by the rectilinear motion of the shaft (31), and which slide when the shaft (31) is rotated for the rails to be geared to a gear of a driving gear assembly (61) of a transmission and a gear of a driven gear assembly. By operating the gearshift lever (21) in the axial direction of the shaft (31) to move the shaft (31) forwards or backwards, one of the multiple gearshift rails (41, 42) is selected and, by operating the gearshift lever (21) in the circumferential direction of the shaft (31) to rotate the shaft (31), the selected gearshift rail slides to change the speed. |
