The present invention relates to a heating cup holder device capable of maintaining the temperature of contents inside a cup and preventing the contents from being poured. The heating holder device includes a nonwoven fabric layer that a corrugated cardboard is combined with permeable polyethylene; a film layer that the corrugated cardboard is coated by a film composite containing sugars, polyol, and oil; a heating film layer which is included in the nonwoven fabric layer and contains iron powder, activated carbon, and sodium acetate; and a heat reserving nonwoven fabric included between the heating film layer and the corrugated cardboard. |
