FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment, particularly, to application of submersible disc-type, and can be used for cleaning of industrial and household effluents, etc. Proposed filter comprises carcass with trapezoidal plates of rustproof material secured therein to make parallel flat regular polyhedrons, that is, discs. Note here that said carcass consisting of horizontal shaft and ribs extending therefrom while said polyhedral discs are arranged over shaft length perpendicular thereto. Carcass ribs make the row of star-like elements arranged over the horizontal shaft length. Said flat discs are composed by carcass with trapezoidal plates. Every trapezoidal plate is secured in bio-filter in guide grooves composed by spacer elements parallel with horizontal shaft arranged in at least two rows over carcass rib height to connect adjacent ribs of adjacent star-like elements to allow rigid clamping of every plate in said grooves and separate disassembly/assembly. Note here that plate material represents a cellular polycarbonate with great developed surface and inner channels oriented in the plates so that they are located perpendicular to shaft spinning radius. Every spacer is composed of plate-comb, its teeth making the guide grooves. Row of plates between two adjacent star-like elements is secured from above by pressure detachable plates.EFFECT: enhanced operating performances and higher efficiency.3 cl, 2 dwg |
