PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refreshing method and a refreshing apparatus capable of refreshing used frying oil at an unprecedentedly low cost based on a simple method.SOLUTION: Not only is used frying oil introduced into a neutralization tank wherein a submersible spray nozzle is configured in the interior thereof but a specified amount of a neutralizer is also charged therein, whereas the neutralizer-containing used frying oil is circulated into the neutralization tank past an inline homogenizer configured amid an external circulatory pipeline, whereas the frying oil thus circulated is sprayed, via the submersible spray nozzle, into and neutralized by the liquid phase of the used frying oil within the neutralization tank, whereas the frying oil thus neutralized is introduced into a centrifugal separation-style solid content remover so as to remove the solid content therefrom. |
