PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture method and a culture controller of microalgae which are capable of efficiently reducing carbon dioxide.SOLUTION: An image of a solution of microalgae is acquired (S1), information regarding the color of the solution of microalgae is extracted from the acquired image (S2), whether or not information regarding the color of the solution of the extracted microalgae satisfies a predetermined condition is determined (S3), and the solution of microalgae is replaced when it is determined that the information regarding the color of the solution of the extracted microalgae satisfies a predetermined condition (S4). Thus, since microalgae can be continuously cultured in a state where a predetermined condition is satisfied, microalgae can be efficiently cultured. As a result, microalgae can be continuously allowed to absorb carbon dioxide at a predetermined ratio, so that carbon dioxide can be efficiently reduced. |
