PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tally file creation system capable of easily creating a tally.SOLUTION: A tally file creation system 1 is configured to create a tally file 22 for printing a tally to be attached to a forwarding object sorted for each postal code while using an inspection item file not including personal information of a dispatch destination. The inspection item file is created by a quality management system 3 and by registering the inspection item file in a quality management DB 41 of the quality management system 3, in the quality management system, processes of a dispatch object from printing of a document for each dispatch destination using master data received from a client to creation of a bundle of dispatch objects for which the printed documents are sorted are managed. The tally file creation system 1 comprises: a data arrival monitoring section for monitoring the arrival of the inspection item file transmitted from the quality management system; and a tally file creation section 12 for counting the number of data items for each postal code included in the inspection item file of which the arrival is detected, and creating a tally file 11 in which the postal code and the number of data items are made correspondent. |
