PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the pressure of pressurizing gas applied to a beverage barrel according to the temperature of beverage.SOLUTION: An automatic pressure adjusting device of a beverage server system connected to an intermediate portion of a gas pipe GP from a regulator RT of a gas cylinder GB to a gas inlet of a dispenser head DH of a beer barrel BT, includes: a pressurizing solenoid valve 1; a decompressing solenoid valve 2 branching off from an output side of the pressurizing solenoid valve; a pressure sensor 3 for detecting the gas pressure of the gas pipe on the output side of the pressurizing solenoid valve; and a control device for controlling the opening/closing of each solenoid valve. A temperature sensor 5 for detecting the temperature of beer flowing in a beer pipe is attached to the beer pipe connecting the beer barrel and a cooling injection device CA. The control device 4 decides the optimal pressurizing pressure supplied from the gas cylinder to the beer barrel on the basis of a detection signal of the temperature sensor, and controls the opening/closing of the pressurizing solenoid valve and the decompressing solenoid valve according to the pressure value to supply the gas of the optimal pressurizing pressure to the beer barrel. |
